Drivec has recruited Tina Skytén as Head of Customer Implementations.
– An excellent new addition! Tina knows everything about supporting leaders so they can motivate drivers in the best possible way when our systems are being installed, says Oskar Svensson, Customer Success Manager at Drivec.
Tina Skytén most recently held a position as Head of Central Training at Nobina, where she worked extensively on developing training programs for drivers, including Ecodriving. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles within the transport industry, from bus driver to traffic controller, professional driver instructor (YKB), team leader, and business developer.
– Ecodriving has increasingly been a focus in my work. And I think Drivec is doing important work in this area. The transport sector needs to get even better at driving green so we can conserve resources and protect the climate—there are no alternatives, she says.
Her first encounter with Drivec was back in 2009, when Nobina launched its Ecodriving initiative.
– I’ve always had a good and close collaboration with Drivec; I really enjoy working with them. So this feels really exciting, she says.
Tina Skytén’s role at Drivec will resemble the one she had as a business developer.
– I will work on supporting leaders so they can help their drivers effectively when systems are implemented. The educational aspect is crucial for successful adoption of new technical solutions. If the drivers aren’t engaged, it becomes difficult to achieve the desired results, she says.
